The Skinny: Johnson caught five passes for 58 yards in Arlington Bowie’s 32-27 loss to Duncanville in a Texas Class 6A-Division I Region I semifinal game. For the season, he had 42 catches for 708 yards (16.9-yard average) and nine touchdowns. Johnson scored three different ways – punt return, kickoff return and receiving – this season.

The Skinny: King accounted for 167 total yards (86 rushing and 81 receiving) and scored a pair of touchdowns as Fitzgerald advanced with a 35-16 victory over previously undefeated Rabun County in a Georgia Class 2A quarterfinal playoff game. King had a 58-yard catch and run on Fitzgerald’s first offensive play for a touchdown, and later added a 23-yard TD catch. He finished the game with two catches for 81 yards and ran for 86 yards on 18 carries. The Purple Hurricanes improves to 12-1 with the win. For the season, King has 1,538 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns, and nearly 500 yards and nine TDs receiving this season.

The Skinny: Oologah beat Clinton 28-21 in a Class 4A semifinal playoff game to earn a berth in the state championship game for the third consecutive season. The Mustangs (12-1) will face a Wagoner Bulldog team that it has lost to each of the last two seasons in the state championship game. For the season, Martin had 122 tackles, including 15 sacks and 31 tackles for loss entering the semifinal game. He has 48 career sacks.

The Buckeyes improve to 12-1 with the victory. For the season, Morton has 60 catches for 1,127 yards (18.8-yard average) and 12 touchdowns.

The Skinny: Woods accounted for five touchdowns (three throwing and two running) to lead Cedar Grove to a 47-21 victory over Calhoun in a Georgia Class AAA quarterfinal playoff game on Friday night. Woods threw for 260 yards, including scoring passes of 34 and 61 yards on the Saints first two possessions, and then added a 17-yard TD run and 24-yard TD pass to give Cedar Grove a 28-7 halftime lead. He added a 2-yard TD run in the second half as the Saints improved to 11-2.

The Skinny: Sanders accounted for 340 total yards and scored two touchdowns as Denton Ryan defeated Lubbock Monterey 38-21 in a Texas Class 5A-Division I Region I semifinal playoff game. Sanders was 12-of-23 passing for 171 yards and a touchdown with one interception. He also rushed for a game-high 169 yards on 28 carries, including a 7-yard TD in the third quarter, as Denton Ryan improves to 13-0. For the season, Sanders is 202 of 321 passing for 3,056 yards with 35 touchdowns and just five interceptions. He also leads the Raiders with 990 rushing yards on 159 carries (6.2-yard average) with 18 TDs.
