Oklahoma State has added a 20th commitment to its 2017 recruiting class in offensive tackle Arlington Hambright of Garden City (Kan.) Community College.
The 6-5, 306 pound Hambright has been a mainstay this season on the 10-0 Broncos offensive line and will start for GCCC when they battle unbeaten Arizona Western this Saturday for the NJCAA National Championship. Hambright is originally out of Belleville High School in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Hambright committed in May to Toledo, but then de-committed from the Rockets as his recruiting interest picked up with offers from East Carolina, Charlotte, Florida Atlantic, Houston, Memphis, Middle Tennessee State, North Carolina State, North Texas, South Alabama, UAB, Arkansas State, Colorado State, and Idaho.
Hambright announced his commitment on Twitter this afternoon before his practice at Garden City.
"Man, God has been amazing to me and my family, but I'm blessed to say I have committed to Oklahoma State," Hambright wrote on Twitter.
He asked us if he could call us back this evening and we will have more on the newest offensive line pledge, the third in this class for Oklahoma State and the 20th commitment overall.
