Ramon Richards has become one of the biggest personalities on the Oklahoma State football team. The junior cornerback's "Talkin with Ramon" series on the internet is not only funny and entertaining but some of that information is actually useful and a good example for young people.
On the field, Richards has 60 total tackles, 46 unassisted, a sack and three interceptions. He gets beat sometimes and he is aggressive but he is fun.
Richards' smile, check it out on this video, is huge in that he is loving the fact that he gets to be a tour guide for his teammates in his hometown of San Antonio for the Alamo Bowl. And, he gets to play in front of all of his family.
"It's a blessing. It's a blessing, the best word to describe it," Richards said with that big toothy smile. "It's always a blessing to go home, but to play in San Antonio, it's something I've always thought about since I was in high school. I played, but I've always wanted to play in the U.S. Army All-American game just so I can play in the Alamo Dome in front of my family. That didn't happen, but I get an opportunity to go play in front of my family again."
Count on Richards to be ready to have fun and ready to win the game against Colorado. That smile has a lot of pride in it.
