Henderson Ends Baylor Visit; OSU Next

Tyler Henderson says he's still committed to Oklahoma State after making a mid-week visit to Baylor, and he is still planning to make an official visit to OSU this weekend.

Jumbo athlete Tyler Henderson of Kyle (Lehman), Texas told Go Pokes this afternoon that his visit to Baylor went well.

"It went great and that is all I want to say right now," Henderson said guarded.

"I am still committed to Oklahoma State and I am going to visit there this weekend. You can call me Sunday and I will be glad to talk more then," he finished.

Henderson committed to Oklahoma State on Nov. 23, changing his commitment then from Navy to the Cowboys. Despite playing for a 3-7 team, Henderson is quite a talent and Oklahoma State is recruiting him to play the offensive hybrid Cowboy back position.

He didn't elaborate but Baylor is likely looking at him as a tight end or a big wide receiver. This season, Henderson rushed 72 times for 482 yards and seven touchdowns. He caught 23 passes for 185 yards and three touchdowns. He also played defensive end.

Henderson will be visiting Oklahoma State this weekend with fellow Cowboy back commitment Sione Finefeuiaki and transfer defensive tackle Enoch Smith Jr. Those are the players making official visits.
