Brock Martin was named the Oklahoma Defensive Player of the Year by The Oklahoman after registering 152 tackles and 17 sacks this past season.

Brock Martin
6-4, 220
Oologah, Okla.

Briefly: He is extremely tough and determined and combine his football power with skills and technique that have made him a two-time state championship wrestler. I loved the fact that the Oologah coaching staff used him more and more as a blocker on offense this season, especially during the playoff run.

Other Offers: Baylor, Colorado State, Kansas State, Memphis, Texas Tech, Tulsa, Utah State, Wyoming.

High School: Martin helped lead the Oologah Mustangs to three straight Class 4A state championship games. He was named the Defensive Player of the Year by The Oklahoman and 1st-Team All-State as well as 1st-Team All-State by The Tulsa World. He was 1st-Team All-District 4A-3 and the Defensive Player of the Year. Scout ranked him a 3-star and the 57th-best defensive end prospect nationally and the second-best defensive end prospect in the state. Martin was also named to the Mr. Football Award-Vype Top 100.
