"I really like the atmosphere at OSU," said Franklin. "The program is winning and doing well. I like the coaches and the way they interact and the facilities are compact and in a close area. I also like how they are about to add a new indoor practice facility. It was just a good fit for me."
Noah Franklin is a two-way player at Vinita playing offensive and defensive tackle. He bench presses 330 pounds and squats 630 pounds. He also competes in power lifting and in track throwing the shot and discus. As a junior he qualified for state with a best throw in the discus of 143 feet. He is an excellent student with a 3.75 GPA and a 21 on the ACT.
Franklin had offers from Arkansas and Wyoming and was also recruited by Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Kansas State, North Texas, TCU, New Mexico, and Michigan.
He could be a guard or a tackle at Oklahoma State.
