I'll say the Cowboys win it 27-20.
I think the offense will be good for several touchdowns and maybe Darrent Williams or the defense chime in to score or set up another. I also believe that Jason Ricks will kick a couple of field goals in his debut as a Cowboy.
The five keys (see story above) really take care of a lot of it. The Cowboys should be able to run the ball and the success there will loosen up the pass defense for Donovan Woods to have moderate success, which is all he really needs to have.
The offense and special teams compliment the defense and the Cowboys fly home a winner. UCLA will score as the Bruins have too many weapons not to, but if O-State's defense can hold them to 20 points or less then everything should be just fine.
