"I really like Coach Bailey and we have talked on the phone," said Owens. "Oklahoma State is winning games, and I am definitely considering them and may take a visit there."
Owens is a 6-foot-2, 270-pound defensive end that could also play tackle. He has excellent quickness with 4.9 speed. He is very strong with a 435 pound max on the bench press and a 570-pound squat max.
"I am looking for some place where I can play right away," said Owens. "I understand that OSU has played a lot of young defensive linemen, so that also has me interested."
Owens has a solid list of suitors that includes offers from Florida State, Florida, Oklahoma, Auburn and N.C. State along with Oklahoma State.
