Matt Fodge, K-P (6-0, 180, 4.8), Garland, TX
Fodge's 48-yard field goal was the only scoring in the first half, but Garland broke open the close game in the second half en route to a 31-6 victory over Rowlett. Fodge also kicked the extra point after each of Garland's four touchdowns. Garland (7-2) clinched a playoff berth with the victory. Next: at Garland Lakeview, Thursday, Nov. 4.
Noah Franklin, OL (6-4, 295, 5.1), Vinita, OK
Vinita (5-4) defeated Dewey 7-6 in a District 3A-3 matchup. The Hornets must win Friday night in the regular season finale against Locust Grove to keep their playoffs hopes alive. Next: vs. Locust Grove, Friday, Nov. 5.
Chris Hall, OL (6-5, 280, 5.1), Irving, TX
Hall and his offensive line teammates did the job again as Jamaal Evans ran for 332 yards and six touchdowns as Irving (5-4) defeated Coppell 45-38 to keep its playoff hopes alive. Irving had 489 yards of total offense and punted only once in the game. Next: at Irving Nimitz, Friday, Nov. 5.

Josh Pinaire, DT (6-5, 290, 4.7), Hutchinson (Kans.) Community College, Derby, KS
Pinaire had a good season for the Blue Dragons, recording 58 tackles (31 solo), including 14 for 24 yards in losses, in 10 games this season. He also was credited with three quarterback sacks for minus-10 yards, one pass interceptiion (which he returned 9 yards), a fumble recovery and a forced fumble. The Blue Dragons' season came to an end with a 44-10 loss to Coffeyvilel in the semifinals of the Jayhawk Conference playoffs on Oct. 31.
Eric Preast, LB, (6-2, 215, 4.6), Sulphur, OK
Sulphur kept is unblemished record intact with a 43-14 victory over Tishomingo. The Bulldogs, ranked No. 1 in Class 2A all season, have clinched the District 2A-4 title. Next: at Marietta, Friday, Nov. 5.
Andre Sexton, DB (6-1, 190, 4.38), Houston (Cypress Falls), TX
Sexton is among the District 17-5A leaders with three interceptions this season. Cypress Falls (5-4) defeated Tomball 31-7 last week and is in a four-way tie for first place in District 17-5A entering the final week of the regular season. Next: at Magnolia, Friday, Nov. 5.

Williams' season came to an end with the Norsemen's 21-14 loss to Tyler (Texas) last Saturday. Williams finished the season with 13 catches for 137 yards and one touchdown.
Willie Williams, DT (6-3, 305, 5.0), Hutchinson (Kans.) Community College, Dearing, GA
Williams recorded 30 tackles (16 solo), including five for 18 yards in losses, in 10 games this season. In addition, the 6-foot-3, 305-pound defensive lineman was credited with one quarterback sack for minus-14 yards. The Blue Dragons finished the season 6-4 after falling to No. 6 Coffeyville 44-10 in the semifinals of the Jayhawk Conference playoffs on Oct. 31.
Marlin Winn, OT (6-6, 280), Waxahachie, TX
