Recruiting: Kestahn Moore

One of the nation's top running back prospects, Kestahn Moore, will arrive in Madison, Wis., on Friday for his official visit. "I'm taking an official visit to Wisconsin this weekend," said Moore. "They produce good running backs, like Anthony Davis, and do a real good job of featuring their backs out of the I-formation. I really like Coach Horton, their quarterback coach, and their running back coach is a graduate of Harvard."

Moore has yet to set any other visits, but says his visit on the 17th will either be to Missouri or Iowa.

"It depends if Chase Daniel wins this weekend because if he does I will visit Missouri with him. Or otherwise, I'm going to visit Iowa. Coach (Ron) Aiken came to my house this week from Iowa, and told me a lot about their running back coach, Carl Jackson. He coached with the 49ers for five years, and coached Ricky Williams at the University of Texas. They were Big Ten champions despite having their top four running backs hurt."

Moore also had a coach from Arizona State in house this week, but the school that still sits at the top of his list is Oklahoma State.

"Coach Porter was by my school on Tuesday, and that is the program I am the most familiar with," added Moore. "I'm going to wait to visit them so I can learn more about the other schools on my list first. Coach Porter was heading over to my cousin, Brent Nickerson's, house this week, too."

Moore also noted Texas A&M is still under consideration, and that Coach Eggens invited him down to watch one of their bowl practices during the dead period.
