A call to McBean's home in Euless, Texas, revealed that McBean is supposed to be home tomorrow and that he is expected to sign a national letter on National Signing Day for junior college midterm transfers that will send him to Oklahoma State.
The family member, who didn't want to be identified, said McBean has said he is going to be a Cowboy. Attempts to reach McBean at Hinds C.C. in Mississippi were unsuccessful.
The 6-5, 275-pound defensive end runs a 4.87 in the 40-yard dash and was named to the Mississippi J.C. All-State team. He visited Oklahoma State on the weekend of Dec. 3 and had nothing but complimentary things to say about the trip. He was reported to have visited Ole Miss last weekend.
