A new name for Oklahoma State fans and they better get used to it because there will be more new names with a new staff. Alex Odiari is a 6-1, 225-pound linebacker prospect from Lewisville Hebron in Texas.
Odiari earned all-metro and district Defensive MVP honors making 108 total tackles, 18 tackles for losses, eight sacks, 10 forced fumbles, and one fumble return for a touchdown. This week he is in Shreveport, La,. for the new All-American Bowl Classic, a national high school all-star game that will be played in the Independence Bowl on Thursday of this week. We spoke to his guardian/parent Johnny Foster.
"He told me, don't you tell them, I will tell them," said Mr. Foster when asked about Johnny's recruitment. "I think he's having fun with it. He's seriously looking at several schools and I know who they are, but I'll let him tell you. I think he is close to announcing a decision."
Mr. Foster told us to check back on Friday and we will.
