29 Mike Hamilton, RB
RS Fr., 6-1, 235, Melborne, FL
Hamilton was impressive throughout the spring. He has power to run over would-be tacklers and speed to run away from them. He also catches the ball well out of the backfield. Offensive coordinator Larry Fedora came in aware of Hamilton after being at Florida. He is the favorite to be the top running back going into the season. He had a number of good runs during the scrimmages and was the leading rusher in the final scrimmage including a 39-yard run. He also had a 25-yard reception to help set up a score.
