Player Analysis: Josh Pinaire

Executive Editor Robert Allen provides analysis in the upcoming issue of Go Pokes Magazine of every OSU football player as they enter summer workouts. Throughout the summer we will be running Robert's analysis on Cowboy players.

72, Josh Pinaire, DT
Jr., 6-5, 280, Derby, KS/Hutchinson (Kan.) C.C.
Pinaire did not have quite the impact as fellow junior college transfer Ryan McBean but he improved every day in the spring and in the final scrimmage was in on two sacks and five tackles. Strength is his biggest issue as he needs to really work the weight room over the summer. He has excellent quickness and good technique, so if he adds some more power and explosion over the summer he could and needs to play a major role this upcoming season.
