14, Bobby Reid, QB
RS Fr., 6-3, 225, Galena Park (North Shore), TX
Reid has all the tools as advertised – a strong arm, good speed and a solid presence at the position. He struggled at times with the offense, but overall did a good job of learning and adjusting through the spring. What Reid has to do is somehow make up for a season's worth of Division I experience which Woods has and he doesn't. Expect Reid to work hard this summer to try to close the gap enough that he can win the job or tie it up in August. Highlights for Reid in the spring included a nine-play, 70-yard drive in the final scrimmage and several rifle throws throughout the spring.
