Artrell Woods Becomes Cowboys' 12th Commitment

Artrell Woods, a 6-0 1/2, 185-pound wideout with 4.6 speed from Byran, Texas, has committed to Oklahoma State over Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas A&M. "I'm going (to Stillwater) ready, and I'm going to make some plays there," Artrell Woods said.

OSU tight ends coach Doug Meacham is the coach primarily responsible for bringing in the central Texas standout WR/RB from Bryan, according to Woods. But it was his visit to Stillwater a couple of months ago that sealed the deal.

"I just really liked it there," Woods told Scout.com. "It's cool. The coaching staff is cool and coach (Mike) Gundy is cool. Everything there is just real cool."

Making his decision was tough said the Texas Top 100-selection "But it's off of me now, and I can focus on my season now."

Woods is already qualified, sporting a 3.5 GPA and knocking out his test score with an 18 on the ACT.
