Recruiting: Ogelsby Has Seen OSU & Baylor

Arlington (Texas) Grace Prep standout defensive end Wesley Oglesby has now seen what have been his top two choices in Oklahoma State and Baylor. But with the playoffs ongoing and a possible trip this weekend to Arizona he's not close to a decision.

"I'm still just undecided, is the best way to put it," said the 6-6, 230-pounder. "I may go to Arizona this weekend after we play, but I haven't talked to the coaches out there yet."

Oglesby is a dominating pass rusher at defensive end for Arlington Grace Prep coached by former NFL tight end Mike Barber. He has a huge frame and could grow into a defensive tackle or offensive tackle with tremendous speed as he is listed at 4.6 in the 40. He had hoped to make a decision fairly soon as he talked about it early in the season. He had said he had a very good visit to Oklahoma State on Sept. 17 and saw the Cowboys upend Arkansas State in front of a home crowd. His next stop was Baylor.

"I was there for the Nebraska game and it was a good visit, except they lost," said Oglesby. "Baylor is a good school and I had a good time."

Now Oglesby says his decision will likely wait until after he has time at the end of the season. Arlington Grace Prep travels to Vcitoria to play St. Joseph in the TAPPS Division II Regional Final on Friday.
