Recruiting: McKinney To Visit OSU, Arkansas

Putnam City North (Okla.) High School offensive lineman Myron McKinney said life is going just great. He's have rather been practicing football, but said he had a great Thanksgiving and that allowed him to enjoy the finer things like his Mom's cooking.

"Besides turkey there was dressing, my Mom's rice cheese broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, and cranberry dressing," McKinney said of his holiday feast. "There was also some other stuff that I didn't know what it was, but it was good."

McKinney's recruiting is very settled right now in that he says it is really down to two schools. The 6-3, 300-pounder, who is destined for All-State honors, made an early verbal commitment to Arkansas and he will make his official visit to Fayetteville this weekend.

"I'm going there this weekend and then I will visit Oklahoma State on Dec. 9," said McKinney. "I set up something with Missouri but I am not going through with that."

McKinney said it is down to the Razorbacks and the Cowboys, and he'll know for sure after he finishes his visits.
