Recruiting: Nicholas Says It's OSU Or Duke

And as far as position it may not be tight end. We had heard about the classic tight end skills of the 6-3, 245-pounder with 4.7 speed, but it turns out that Nigel Nicholas is likely to play on the other side of the ball, regardless of which school he chooses. Nicholas is also a talented defender with strong pass rush skills and an aggressive style of play.

On his visit to Oklahoma State this weekend Nicholas was hosted by Cowboy defensive end Richetti Jones, and spent more time with the defensive coaches than he did his recruiting coach Doug Meacham, who coaches tight ends.

"It was great," said Nicholas. "I knew all the coaches including Coach Beckman and Coach Gundy from home visits. The best was to see the campus. Richetti Jones showed me around and it was great.

"Then Zach Allen showed me around the Culinary Arts area. That is what I want to major in. The kitchen was great and the students have their own restaurant here that they operate and that is really cool."

Nicholas said he has one more official visit that he is going to take to North Carolina State on Jan. 18, but as of now he has a tough decision to make.

"It's hard because I like OKlahoma State and Duke both," he said. "It's going to be a very tough decision."
