10 Questions with Victor Johnson

GoPokes.com recently caught up with several of the Oklahoma State recruits to ask "10 Questions" designed to allow Cowboy fans an opportunity to get to know the players who will be signing on National Signing Day. Here are the answers provided by safety Victor Johnson of Waco, Texas.

1) What about Oklahoma State first caught your eye? Johnson: The whole thing. I went there on two unofficial visits before my official visit, so that tells you a lot there about how much I like Oklahoma State.

2) What was your deciding factor in committing to the Cowboys? Johnson: It just felt like home. The players and coaches made me feel like I fit in, and I thought it would be a good place for me to feel at home and hopefully come in and play right away.

3) What are three words that describe you as a person? Johnson: Nice. Outgoing. Respectful.

4) What are three words that describe you as a football player?
Johnson: Cannibal. Team member. Dedicated.

5) What is your favorite thing to do on the field?
Johnson: I like to get a couple of interceptions.

6) What is your favorite thing to do off the field?
Johnson: Help my family, take care of my schoolwork and workout.

7) If you don't go to the NFL, what profession would you like to enter?
Johnson: I would like to be a businessman, and open up an insurance business or something like that.

8) What are you most looking forward to in terms of playing at OSU?
Johnson: I'm looking forward to playing next year. I probably won't get that many reps but I'm looking forward to getting on the field somehow.

9) What do you feel will be your biggest challenge in moving from high school to college?
Johnson: The game is going to be much faster, and the players are going to be much bigger, much stronger and much smarter.

10) Who is the one player on Oklahoma State's roster or in your recruiting class that you are most looking forward to being teammates?
Johnson: Perrish Cox.
