Recruiting: Brown Says He's Dangerous

Time to check with another in-state prospect in Oklahoma in Midwest City's Antonio Brown. The 5-11, 170-pound cornerback and all-purpose back on offense used one word to describe himself as a player.

"Dangerous," said Brown chuckling. Dangerous to quarterbacks and wide receivers we asked? "Yes, and to anybody that tries to get by me or that I need to get by," answered Brown.

Brown said he has been offered by Tulsa and he has been contacted by Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa State and Texas Tech.

"I went up to the junior day at Oklahoma State and I really liked the place, the facilities, and the coaches," said the Midwest City speedster. "It went really good. I also went to the basketball game. It started out slow, but got better and OSU won in a close game."

What is Brown looking for in a school? "A home feeling, just someplace where I feel like I am at home," he said.

Brown will stay busy this spring running track for the Bombers as he is on both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams and runs in the 200 and 400 meters.

As for football this spring he hopes to prove he can play both ways next fall. "Hopefully, I want to," added Brown. "I think I can help the team on both offense and defense."
