Hoops Recruiting: Pair Visiting OSU

Oklahoma State head coach Travis Ford and his staff are hosting this weekend a pair of recruits for the Class of 2009. GoPokes.com lets you know who the two players are who have made the trip to Stillwater for their official visits this weekend.

The Cowboys are hosting two high school seniors, including one player (Fred Gulley from Fayetteville, Ark.) who was the first player to commit to Ford after he was named head coach of the Cowboys.

Gulley is a 6-foot-2 point guard who averaged 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists last season for Fayetteville High School. The three-star recruit is ranked as the 16th-best point guard in the Class of 2009 by Scout's Dave Telep.

Also making the trip to Oklahoma State this weekend is 6-foot-10, 225-pound Torin Walker of Columbus (Northside), Ga. He is ranked as the 28th-best post prospect by Scout.com. Walker reportedly has scholarship offers from Georgia, Auburn, Florida State and Clemson. He is accompanied on his visit to Stillwater by his mother, Cynthia.

Check back at GoPokes.com as we will be checking with both Gulley and Waller to find out how their visits went after they return to their homes.
