Recruiting: Who's Visiting For Bedlam?

It's a junior college weekend as the Oklahoma State Cowboys are expecting to have some official visitors this weekend and we have been able to confirm three through the players themselves or sources at the schools. There could be other visitors but this is what we have been able to confirm. There will be a large number of unofficial visitors for the Bedlam game in Stillwater.

As far as official visitors (prospects that have their transportation, lodging, and expenses paid for over a 48-hour visit) we have confirmed that these players are expected to visit.

Horace Hubbard, DT, 6-5, 270, 5.0, Fort Scott C.C., Kansas/Gretna, Virginia

Andrew McGee, SS, 6-1, 195, 4.5, Copiah-Lincoln C.C., Mississippi/Magee, Mississippi

Jacquian Williams, LB, 6-4, 225, 4.6, Fort Scott C.C., Kansas/Tampa, Florida

This season McGee had more than 100 tackles and an interception at Copiah-Lincoln as they finished with a 4-5 record that included a win over Gulf Coast C.C. McGee told Go Pokes that he favors OSU over UAB.

Hubbard and Williams still have a bowl game to play for Fort Scott on Dec. 6, but both have earned Defensive Player of the Week honors in the Jayhawk Conference this season.

Hubbard earned it for a performance against Garden City where he posted 9 unassisted tackles, 3 assists, 3 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. This season he was one of the leaders in the Jayhawk Conference in fumbles forced with five. In 2007 Hubbard finished with 15 sacks and 16.5 tackles for loss. Hubbard is also being recruited hard by Arizona and is expected to visit there after his bowl game.

Williams is a tremendous athlete that earned his conference Defensive Player of the Week honor for a shutout win over Coffeyville. Williams contributed with 8 unassisted tackles, 3 assists, a tackle for loss, an interception, and 5 more solo tackles on special teams. Williams has visited Nebraska during the season and is also a prospect on the radar for Arkansas and South Florida among others.
