Recruiting: 10 Questions With Jordan Barnes has contacted as many of Oklahoma State's commitments as possible the last few days. We asked each of them the same 10 questions, some related to football and others not, in an attempt to give fans a chance to get to know their future Cowboys.

1) What about Oklahoma State first caught your eye?
Jordan Barnes: They caught my eye with they played Missouri this season. That game really stuck out to me.

2) What was your deciding factor in committing to the Cowboys?
Barnes: The people and the coaching staff. Coach (Joe) Deforest and Coach (Mike) Gundy and the staff as a whole was really great and that was very important to me.

3) What are three words that describe you as a person?
Barnes Leader, confident and intelligent.

4) What are three words that describe you as a football player?
Barnes: Smart, explosive and fast.

5) What is your favorite thing to do on the football field?
Barnes: HIt!

6) What is your favorite thing to do off the field?
Barnes: Hang out with my friends.

7) If you don't go on to play in the NFL, what would you like to do?
Barnes: I think it would be great to be a sports announcer on ESPN one day.

8) What are you most looking forward to in terms of playing for Oklahoma State?
Barnes: Looking forward to playing in the Big 12. I'll be playing against Oklahoma and Texas and just playing against the top teams every week.

9) What do you feel will be your biggest challenge in moving from high school to college?
Barnes: Getting used to the playbook and just school in general.

10) Who is the one player on Oklahoma State's roster, or in your recruiting class, that you are most excited to be teammates with next season?
Barnes: Jeremiah Price. I'm looking forward to playing on the same side of the ball as him.
