Marshall Moses Suspended After Arrest

Oklahoma State junior Marshall Moses was suspended Monday for one game by Cowboys head coach Travis Ford. Moses will miss Tuesday night's final non-conference game of the season against Coppin State at Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Ford announced the suspension for one game for violation of team policy but did not elaborate. However, Moses was arrested at 12:06 a.m. Monday on complains of driving under suspension, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphenalia, according to the Stillwater Police Department.

Moses was averaging 11.2 points (third on the team) and 10.2 rebounds (best on the team) in helping the Cowboys to an 11-2 record thus far. He had 11 points and 15 rebounds in Oklahoma State's loss to Rhode Island on Saturday, which was his fifth double-double of the season.

The 6-foot-6 Moses is expected to play in the Big 12 opener against Texas Tech on Saturday night at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
