CBS Sports reported Saturday morning that the 6-foot-6 Anderson was questionable for the Cowboys' showdown with the Jayhawks.
Anderson, who is averaging 22.5 points per game for the Cowboys (19-8 overall and 7-6 in Big 12 play), reportedly suffered the back pain during Friday's practice.
He took part in the Cowboys' shootaround on Saturday morning, and sources indicate that he is expected to play against the Jayhawks (27-1 overall and 13-0 in conference play).
A soldout Gallagher-Iba Arena crowd of more than 13,600 is expected for the nationally televised game (CBS Sports).
