On his way out

NORMAN, Okla. — Make it two Sooner freshmen from last year transferring from OU to Texas A&M; wide receiver Kameel Jackson is the latest.

Jackson announced it publicly when he tweeted "Embracing my last week as a Sooner; as I've chose to transfer and further my education and football career at Texas A&M."

The 6-foot, 195-pound wide out from Arlington, Texas joins running back Brandon Williams as Sooners on last season's squad to head to College Station.

He finished with 12 catches for 165 yards in 2011 and was expected to be an contributor on a stacked Sooner receiving corps in 2012.
