RECRUITING: OU still evaluating Texas DE

Pearland, Texas defensive end Cyril Obiozor still interested in Oklahoma even without an offer

JH: How is your summer going?

CO: "I am doing a speed and conditioning camp at the school. I am just training and getting ready for my senior year."

JH: Have you gone to any summer camps?

CO: "No sir."

JH: How is your training going?

CO: "Right now I am weighing 245. I was 233 at the beginning of the summer. I don't think there will be any problem holding the weight. I also think I am getting faster. I think I can beat 4.6 now and we are going to test it at the end of the spring."

JH: How is recruiting going?

CO: "I have five offers right now. I have Oklahoma State, UCLA, Missouri, Wisconsin and Pittsburgh. They are my favorite teams, because they have offered. I would say that my favorite teams are UCLA, Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. I also have an interest in Oklahoma as well."

JH: Are you going to commit this summer or go through the recruiting process?

CO: "I am definitely going to wait and take my visits before I make up my mind. I think I will take two to three visits and then make my decision. I know for sure that I am visiting UCLA and Oklahoma State. My other visits are up in the air."
