OU-ULM televised on pay-per-view

OU kicks off its season Aug. 31 and the only place to watch the game besides in the stands will be on pay-per-view.

Two weeks away from Oklahoma opening its season, and the only place to see the Sooners' first game will be on pay-per-view.

OU's contest against Louisiana Monroe will be televised on pay-per-view, Fox Sports Oklahoma announced Friday morning. The suggested retail price is $39.95, and the game will be available in high-definition.

Announcers Ron Thulin and Dave Lapham will be in the booth, while Chad McKee will be the sideline reporter. The telecast will start at 5 p.m. for the pregame show, followed by the game at 6 and a postgame show.

Select pay-per-view channels in Oklahoma , Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas will televise the game as will SoonerSports.tv.

Outside of Oklahoma, viewers can purchase a live stream of the telecast for $44.95 via SoonerSports.tv. Included in the purchase is three free months of SoonerSports.tv and three free months of SoonersIllustrated.com.
