Things are starting to work themselves out on the recruiting trail. It's time to start looking more intently on Oklahoma's "wish list" for the Class of 2015.
Here is an idea of where OU stands in late June. The number in parentheses indicates the number of recruits OU is looking to sign at the position for the Class of 2015. The names in no way reflect OU's official board but are the best guesstimate of who OU is targeting.
With it only being the summer, all of these are with offered prospects. Later in the cycle we'll return to guessing who might deserve an offer down the road.
Favorite: Olathe (Kan.) North's Josh Moore. When you're only looking to snag one target, you can be pretty selective. Tight ends coach Jay Boulware is doing just that, and it's apparent that No. 1 target is Moore. Evaluated a lot during the winter and spring, picked up the offer and returned to OU for a visit. If OU can survive Moore's trips to Ohio State, Auburn and Florida State, Sooners will be doing very well.
Next in line: None. C.J. O'Grady and Austin Cantrell are both committed to Arkansas, and it's clear Boulware will ride out the Josh Moore train as long as necessary. No other tight end option is legitimate right now.
On the radar: None.
