Sooners agree to 3-game set vs. Tulane

OU will host Tulane in 2017 and the schools have agreed to a three-game set to be completed by 2024.

The 2015 season hasn’t started for Oklahoma, but the Sooners already know their non-conference opponents for 2017.

OU announced Thursday afternoon it has reached an agreement for a three-game set against Tulane to be completed by the 2024 season.

Tulane will come to Norman in 2017 and 2024, while the Sooners will play at Tulane during the 2021 season. It will be the first meetings between the two schools.

The first game has already been tabbed for Sept. 16, 2017, while the dates for the other games have yet to be determined.

OU will begin the 2017 season at home against UTEP on Sept. 2, followed by a trip to Ohio State on Sept. 9 and concluded with the Tulane contest.
