Hometown: LaMarque, Texas
JH: How is your season going at this time?
CD: We have played two games at this point in the season and we are 1-1 on the year. I have only played in one game and that was this past Saturday. In the first game I had my right knee scoped early in the week. I played the whole way this past Saturday and I was pain free. However, after looking at the film you could tell I was very tentative on it."
JH: Have you talked to many coaches recently?
CD: I have a lot of coaches calling me recently. I haven't been home for a lot of phone calls, but it's nice to see them call. I am still committed
to Texas A&M, but I have also set up a unofficial visit to LSU when they play Florida. I have set up an official visit to Michigan (9-23) and I was talking to Tennessee about setting up a visit during the season, but we are probably going to hold that off. I have talked to a couple of Oklahoma coaches, but we haven't set up a visit there at this time. I feel that I probably will."
JH: Is your commitment a soft commitment to Texas A&M?
CD: I know my commitment looks soft to Texas A&M, but it really isn't. I just want to go places and have some fun. I feel good about Texas A&M, but I just need to explore all my options."
