2019 WR Arjei Henderson decommits from OU

OU is down to one commit for the 2019 class as four-star receiver Arjei Henderson announces his decommitment.

Richmond (Texas) Travis wide receiver Arjei Henderson announced Sunday evening he is decommitting from Oklahoma.

Henderson, a 2019 early four-star prospect, committed to the Sooners two months ago but has seen his recruitment absolutely take off.

Henderson earned offer No. 37 last week and the bulk of these offers have been occurring since his original commitment to OU.

The Henderson news ends a rough weekend for OU as 2018 Newbury Park (Calif.) High quarterback Cameron Rising flipped from OU to Texas on Saturday evening.

With Henderson back on the recruiting market, it leaves OU with one commit for its #NewWave19 class, Allen (Texas) High wide receiver Theo Wease.

Wease and Henderson committed to OU within minutes of each other back at OU’s junior day two months ago.
