DeMARRIO PRESSLEY, DT, 6-4, 290, 4.97, GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA (DUDLEY HS):
JH: How is your season going?
DM: "The season is going well, but not as good as we would like. We are 7-4 and second in the conference. We have made the playoffs and our first playoff game is this week. For me, my season is going pretty well, but I get frustrated because I get double-teamed or triple-teamed. I have 10 sacks and I have one interception for a touchdown. I tipped the ball in the air and then our outside linebacker tipped it again and I saw that and grabbed the ball. I took off and ran it in from 20 yards out. That was a great feeling to score a touchdown. I don't think I have ever run faster in my life."
JH: So, teams are paying attention to you I guess?
DM: "Teams trying to take me out of the defense has gotten worse this year. Teams are just running away from me on every play and then they are putting two guys on me. Teams will run ten straight plays away from me, and by the end of the game I really haven't seen much action except that I pursue so well I catch some of those plays from behind."
JH: Have you taken any official visits yet?
DM: "I have not taken any official visits, but I had one set up to Notre Dame, but I cancelled that. I just decided that school wasn't for me. Unofficially, I have gone to N.C. State, North Carolina, Wake Forest, and this Saturday I am going to Clemson to see the Florida State game."
JH: Who are you setting official visits with?
DM: "I am still looking at a number of schools for official visits. I am looking at North Carolina, N.C. State, Florida State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Wake Forrest and Clemson. I don't have a top five right now."
JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma?
DM: "I have good thoughts about Oklahoma. I am very interested in Oklahoma and I am considering them very seriously for an official visit. I like their style on defense because they are very aggressive and they get after people. I really like their coaches as I have a good time with Coach (Bob) Stoops, Coach (Jackie) Shipp and Coach (Kevin) Wilson, who are super to talk to. Then, their graduation rate is very impressive."
JH: Back in the summer you didn't want to leave the area, so what is you stance now on the distance away from home?
DM: "Distance is not a factor any more. It is OK with my mom if I leave the state and I will look at a few schools from outside of the state."
