LAWRENCE PINSON, LB, 6'2, 235, 4.6, JENKS, OKLAHOMA:
On if he has set up any visits
"I have set up one visit with Missouri (12-7) and Nebraska (11-9). I am going to visit OU as well, but I haven't been able to get a hold of the coaches this week. I am trying to commit to Oklahoma when I get a hold of them. I haven't been able to tell them yet, but that is where I want to go."
"I just want to go through the experience of seeing what some other colleges look like. I will never have that kind of experience again and I don't want to miss it. It's really just a learning experience for me and something that I want to go through."
"For one, I just really like the program. My brother is down there and my family is in Tulsa and the linebacker coach (Brent Venables) is a great guy. The people in the state of Oklahoma are great people. I have gone to a couple of games there and the fans are great. We got our car towed at the Baylor game. I was with Jason (Carter), Eb Trevino and Kurt Seifried so the people around us helped us get the car out. That is the kind of people that the state of Oklahoma has. Without them, we couldn't get the car out."
"Jason is close to committing to OU to and that makes me feel real good. Jason and I have been getting closer all the time and we have been talking a lot lately about going to OU together. I think we are going to visit Nebraska together."
