RECRUITING: Ohio OL names a leader

Youngstown, Ohio offensive lineman Brandon Braxton names and a leader and talks about his final two.

Brandon Braxton, OL, 6-7, 300, Youngstown, Ohio (Ursuline High School):

JH: Did you visit anywhere this weekend?

BB: "No, I didn't and I am supposed to go to LSU, but I don't know if I am going to take it or not. I may be done with my visits."

JH: I hear you are having some bad weather?

BB: "I mean, it has been snowing, but not a whole lot. It is very cold and I don't like the weather. It has been snowing a little bit, but it just hasn't been snowing a lot."

JH: How is your basketball season going?

BB: "We are doing OK. We won our game Friday against Massillon 56-54 so it was a petty good game. I had 17 points and 18 rebounds in the game. We play Massillion Jackson tomorrow."

JH: How is recruiting going for you at the moment?

BB: "I am close to getting it over and things have slowed down at this point. I am down to Oklahoma and Georgia for my final decision."

JH: Do you have a leader?

BB: "I am sort of leaning to Oklahoma at this point, but I still have some things to think over."

JH: What is it that you like about Oklahoma and Georgia?

BB: "I like everything about Oklahoma. Everything seems to be alright down there. The coaching staff is alright and I really like the coaches and the players. I felt very comfortable when I went down there. At Georgia, it is very similar, but Oklahoma seems to want me more and seem to care about me more. This is a tough decision for me."

JH: When will you announce your decision?

BB: "Sometime this week."
