Below is a transcript from James Hale's interview with NEO defensive tackle Remi Ayodele shortly after signing with Oklahoma Wednesday morning.

On when he made his decision
"Last night about 10 o'clock. It came down to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. I guess you could say OU was a better program. I'm glad it's over. Now I can concentrate on my school work and get ready for the summer.

n if the problems at Colorado had a factor in his decision
"Yeah, I don't have time to get myself in that situation. It played a little factor."

On how much he relied on his brother (Akin Ayodele who plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars) to make his decision
"A lot. He's been through it all. I usually take everythign he tells me into consideration.

On picking OU
"I talked to my brother last night about the recruiting game and he thought I should go to OU. I felt like I needed to be a Sooner.
