Recruiting: Jenks cornerback likes OU, Tennessee

Jenks defensive back Jason Carter compares his favorite schools

JH: How did things go for you in your first playoff game?

JC: We played our first playoff game last weekend against Stillwater and beat them 49-19. I went both ways at cornerback and running back. I had four or five tackles on defense and had three carries for 95 yards and one touchdown. I also had three catches for 13 yards. We play Owasso this weekend.

JH: Did you make your visit to Nebraska?

JC: No, we didn't get a chance to go to Nebraska. We couldn't get up their until late Saturday and they want to spend a little more time with us than we could have this weekend. So, we are going to go late December.

JH: How is recruiting going with you?

JC: Everything is going pretty good and everything is about the same. I am looking at Tennessee, Alabama, OU, Nebraska and Miami. Right now, I really don't have a favorite. Oklahoma and Tennessee are still at the top of my list. They are running about the same right now.

JH: Could you go more in depth about Oklahoma and Tennessee?

JC: I like OU because they play a lot of five DBs. They play five DBs with every defense. Tennessee has a crowd of 106-thousand. Sometime around Christmas I hope to make my decision. I hope to take all my visits by that time.
