RECRUITING: OU high on Morrow's list

Keller, Texas wide receiver Howard Morrow talks about his summer plans and interest in Oklahoma.

Howard Morrow, WR, Keller, Texas (Fossil Ridge HS):

JH: Did you make it to OU for the Red/White game?

HM: "I didn't get a chance to make it out there. An accident happened with my sister and it was pretty bad. She had to have surgery on her face and hip and my niece broke her arm. It looks like both are going to be OK."

JH: What spring games have you attended?

HM: I went to the Texas A&M spring game. It was a nice experience and the game was great at the beginning. The rest of it was like a regular scrimmage."

JH: Are you going to any camps this summer?

HM: "No, not right now. I really don't know."

JH: How many scholarship offers do you have?

HM: "I have eight or nine right now and they are still coming in."

JH: What are your thoughts on recruiting at this time?

HM: "I am going to wait and try to get out and see some more colleges and then make my decision."

JH: Who are the main schools that you have an interest in?

HM: "OU, K-State, OSU, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Miami, Florida, Florida State and Hawaii."

JH: What would you say about your interest in OU right now?

HM: "They are ranked pretty highly with me right now. It is a very good school and they have a great graduation rate. Their football program is very good and there is no doubt about that. I hope to get up there to see them sometime this summer."
