RECRUITING: Does Morrow still 'love' Oklahoma?

Keller, Texas wide receiver Howard Morrow talks about his summer plans and interest in Oklahoma.

Howard Morrow, WR, Keller, Texas (Fossil Ridge High School):

JH: Have you made any decisions on what you might do this summer?

HM: "I haven't decided what I am going to do exactly. I still don't know what camps I am going to if any. I still don't know if I will be able to see any school unofficially or not."

JH: How many schools have offered you at this point?

HM: "I have been offered by 12 schools, I think. It is somewhere around that number."

JH: Have you started to narrow your choices down in recruiting?

HM: "I still don't have anything narrowed down at this point. I haven't tried to focus on recruiting and it will probably be August or the beginning of the school year before I really start focusing on recruiting."

JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma?

HM: "I love Oklahoma. They are one of my top schools. They are up there with LSU, Texas Tech and Oklahoma State. I like the coaches at Oklahoma and I really like my conversations with Coach (Darrell) Wyatt. He is a straight-shooter and a real nice guy to deal with."

JH: What are you looking for in a program?

HM: "I am going to look at schools where I can get a great business degree. I also want a school that is going to throw the ball a lot. Then I want to have a good coaching chemistry and a good team chemistry.

JH: How are your off-season workouts going?

HM: "We are testing right and we did our forty today and I ran a 4.43. I hope to get that down to 4.3 before the summer is out. That is going to happen because I am going to focus on my weight training this summer, which I haven't been able to do because of my schoolwork and everything.
