RECRUITING: OU gaining interest in Georgia DE

Lovejoy, Ga. Brandon Sesay update.

Brandon Sesay has the ability to play just about anywhere in the defensive line. And in fact, college recruiters are looking at him as a defensive end and defensive tackle.

"I play both defensive end and defensive tackle here at Douglas High," said Sesay. "When we are in our '52' defense I am play defensive tackle, but when we switch to the '43' I move to defensive end. Sometimes my coaches will try to move me around so the offense can't find me and they will put me at defensive end in the '52'. I prefer end, but it really doesn't matter."

Sesay finished last season with over 80 tackles and 12 sacks. He can bench 315 pounds, squats 415 and he starts in hoops (12 ppg, 10 rpg). Sesay went the Clemson summer camp and that will be his only camp this summer. Georgia and Clemson are among five schools who have offered Sesay at this time.

"I am really interested in UCLA because I want to be a marine biologist. I am also looking at USC, Clemson and Oklahoma. I have an interest in Oklahoma, but I wasn't able to make it up to their camp. I need to find out more about their program. If Oklahoma has an interest in me then I would have an interest in them, but at this time I would have to say my favorite two schools would have to be UCLA and USC."

Sesay still has to take the test.
