Is a trip to Norman in the summer plans for coveted Houston, Texas offensive tackle Reginald Youngblood?

Reginald Youngblood, OL, 6-5, 285, 5.36, HOUSTON, TEXAS (WASHINGTON HS):

JH: You may be ranked as the No. 1 offensive lineman in the country. What do you think about that?

RY: "Man, this is still unbelievable. I can't believe that I can be ranked so high in the nation. I am just thankful for it."

JH: Did you realize how good your were before you started to get all these phone calls?

RY: "No, I didn't have any idea how good I was or how people perceived me as a player. I just wanted to go out there and have fun and that is what I do."

JH: Have you been to any camps or on any unofficial visits lately?

RY: "I went to LSU a couple weeks ago and went to a camp they had. I liked my time there a lot and I had a good time."

JH: Are you going to take any other visits this summer?

RY: "I want to get to Oklahoma sometime this summer and I want to get to Miami as well."

JH: Have you started to narrow things down in recruiting at this point?

RY: "No, I am still pretty much wide open, but I am glad things have settled down a little bit with the phone calls and things. I am still considering LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, Miami, Florida State and Tennessee."

JH: What do you think about Oklahoma at this point?

RY: "I just like Oklahoma's winning tradition, and I wouldn't mind playing for Coach (Bob) Stoops. I like coach (Kevin) Wilson. He is a real cool coach. I have talked to him quite a bit on the phone."

JH: You seem to enjoy the recruiting process?

RY: "I just try to enjoy life, and I am going to enjoy the recruiting process as well."

JH: When do you have to narrow your recruiting choices even more?

RY: "I have narrowed it down quite a bit at, and by the end of the summer I hope to have it narrowed down even more."
