LARRY BIRDINE, DE, 6'3, 225, 4.7, LAWTON EISENHOWER, OKLAHOMA:
JH: Talk about your visit to Oklahoma State last weekend.
LB: It was pretty cool and I enjoyed myself. I liked the players and coaches and they were cool. It was an alright city, considering it was Stillwater. I wouldn't say I was bored up there, so I guess it was pretty cool. I believe it is turning around and I feel they are going to be even better next year. I fit in very well and they run the same defense that we did in high school.
JH: Are you still committed to Oklahoma?
LB: I would say I am soft committed to Oklahoma, but I am still committed. You could say that I am going to make my final decision sometime around Christmas. Oklahoma knew that I was going on this visit and they didn't mind. They said that I could use it to compare against their program. I was firm when I talked to you last, but then I started thinking that I want to take other visits and see what it was like. I am not going to visit anywhere else, so I will make my final decision in a few days.
I would say that Oklahoma has a slight advantage and I visit Oklahoma this weekend.
