RECRUITING: North Carolina TE sets visit

Hope Mills, N.C. tight end Jonathan Hannah update.

Jonathan Hannah, TE, 6-5, 255, HOPE MILLS (SOUTH VIEW HS), NORTH CAROLINA:

OUIN: How is your season going right now?

JH: "We are playing well. We are 4-0 right now. We are currently ranked fifth in the state."

OUIN: How are you playing?

JH: "I am doing alright. I have six catches for 110 yards. On defense, I have nine tackles, three sacks, one fumble recovery and one QB hurry."

OUIN: Do you like going both ways?

JH: "I like playing defense a little bit better. You can play with a lot more intensity on defense than you can on offense."

OUIN: Aren't you being recruited more at tight end or at least on the offensive side of the ball?

JH: "Yes, I am being recruited at tight end and that is OK with me."

OUIN: Have you taken any visits yet?

JH: "I have already been to Clemson and I am going to Oklahoma for the Nebraska game. I am going to Virginia Tech, but I haven't set a date yet. My final two are going to be with Penn State and Georgia. Those are going to be the five schools that I visit."

OUIN: What did you think about your visit to Clemson?

JH: "It was interesting. I didn't expect their fans to be as crazy as they were for the whole game."

OUIN: Now that you have visited Clemson, do they still have a chance to sign you?

JH: "Yes, they still have a solid chance."

OUIN: What do you think about Oklahoma?

JH: "It will be interesting to see who this thing plays about because OU is recruiting me on both sides of the ball. They are recruiting me as a tight end and as a defensive end. It will be interesting to watch how they use their tight ends."

OUIN: Do you have a favorite at this time?

JH: "Not really. I am trying to keep things open. I seem to like every school on my schedule, so I am not ready to narrow things down or to make a decision."
