RECRUITING: Could Dixon be OU's next commit?

Alton Dixon, CB, 6-0, 190, 4.48, LUFKIN, TEXAS:

JH: How is your season going thus far?

AD: "Our season is going pretty well. We are 3-0 on the season and ranked sixth in the state. I am playing pretty well. I am the second leading tackler on the defense with 19 tackles. I moved to safety before the start of the season. It puts me more in the center of the action."

JH: Do you still feel that you will play corner in college?

AD: "Oh yeah, there is no question about it. The play the 4-4 defense and I was moved to safety because I can make open field tackles. The move puts me in a better position to make tackles."

JH: Have you taken any visits yet?

AD: "No sir. I have set up one visit to Oklahoma, but I can't remember the date."

JH: How is recruiting going for you?

AD: "I am starting to lean a lot more to Oklahoma. They contacted my mother about the school and she likes the academic program at Oklahoma. I have always like Oklahoma a lot and now my mom also like's them quite a bit as well."

JH: Are you close to committing any time soon?

AD: "I want to take a couple of visits before I commit. I know that I am going to visit Oklahoma and I will also visit Florida and Washington State."
