PAUL DUNCAN, OT, 6'6 ½, 285, 5.3, DALLAS EAST PAULDING, GEORGIA:
When you are blessed with this kind of size and athletic ability you can have your choice of major colleges to choice from. And that is what has happened with Paul Duncan.
Duncan is a four-year starter playing defensive end and offensive tackle his freshman and sophomore season, tight end and nose guard last year and this year he is concentrating at offensive tackle.
"I am definitely an offensive tackle," said Duncan. "I play a number of positions in high school, but I am being recruited as an offensive tackle."
Duncan can bench 330 pounds, leg presses 425 five times and he has posted a 28-inch vertical jump. Duncan has been offered by over 30 different schools and he is working to narrow his choices down to a selected few.
"I have not taken any official visits, but I have gone to games at Alabama and Clemson," said Duncan."I like Notre Dame, Duke, LSU, Oklahoma, UCLA and Florida. They are probably my top six."
East Paulding is 4-1 on the year and Duncan has graded out at 83 percent and recorded 15 pancake blocks last game. Oklahoma offered Duncan back in the summer and he has a solid interest in the Sooners.
"I am definitely interested in OU. I have my eye on them," said Duncan. "I am working with them right now to set an official visit. They have been so successful and the history OU is incredible. Now they are just adding to that history, so they have a real exciting program."
Duncan has a visit scheduled to Notre Dame (12-4) and is working to set visits with OU, Duke, LSU and UCLA.
