RECRUITING: Visit gives OU great shot at DE Moore

Warner Robins, Ga. defensive end Kyle Moore talks about his visit to Norman.

Kyle Moore, DE, 6-6, 249, 4.9, WARNER ROBINS (HOUSTON COUNTY HS), GEORGIA:

JH: How did your visit to OU go?

KM: "It went real well. The coaches were real nice and Coach Stoops was very friendly. He showed me where he lived and he has a real nice house. The game was real neat and AD was great to watch. Jason White had a big game."

JH: What did you think about the game atmosphere at OU?

KM: "It was very crump and very active. It was alive. The Sooner fans love OU. You can tell that OU football is what those people love. You see OU flags everywhere and the people are real nice supporting their team. I had a great time at the game."

JH: What did you think of the football program itself?

KM: "Their facilities are real nice. They have a real nice indoor facility and a real nice weight room. The have everything that a football player could want."

JH: Did you get a chance to see the college?

KM: "The campus is real nice with great landscaping everywhere. I like the fact that the academic center is right there for everybody to use."

JH: Did the visit tell you anything about OU that you didn't know?

KM: "Yes, it sure did. Everybody told me that there was nothing to do in Norman, but I found out there is a lot to do in Norman. They have three movie theaters and a mall in town. And then OKC is just 20 minutes away up the road. I am not going to be bored if I go to Oklahoma."

JH: After your visit to OU where do the Sooners stand in your recruiting?

KM: "They are right next to SC."

JH: Is there a major difference in the two programs?

KM: "The facilities are the major difference between the two schools. OU's facilities are a lot better."

JH: Do you have a leader?

KM: "Not really."

JH: Who is your next visit with?

KM: "I believe it is going to be Michigan. I am going to visit Michigan sometime in November."
