LaNeishea Caufield scored 23 points and Rosalind Ross added 21 points and 12 rebounds as No. 3 Oklahoma went on the road and knocked off No. 9 Texas Tech 80-68 Saturday in Lubbock.
Caufield did most of her damage early scoring 14 of her 23 points in the first 10 minutes while the Sooners opened up the game with a 24-3 run and never looked back.
With the win the Sooners improve to 2-0 in conference play and 12-1 overall. Tech falls to 1-1 in Big 12 play and 9-3 overall.
Natalie Ritchie and Amber Tarr led the Red Raiders with 13 points apiece.
Stacey Dales added 15 points and five assists while Caton Hill poured recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
