RECRUITING: Sooners get first shot at Crouch

Fayetteville, N.C OL Curtis Crouch talks about his upcoming visit to Norman this weekend.

Curtis Crouch, OL, 6-6, 313, 5.2, FAYETTEVILLE (SMITH HS), NORTH CAROLINA:

JH: How is your season going?

CC: "We are 9-2 on the year and we are into the second round of the playoffs. We have a pretty good chance to win it all. It is not going to be easy. Nobody is going to just lay down and let us have it. We should be able to get into the finals, but we are going to have to work hard to get there."

JH: How are you playing?

CC: "I am playing real well. As a group in the offensive line, we are playing real well, but I don't think we have peaked as a group yet. I can play better as well."

JH: How is recruiting going?

CC: "I am taking my first visit this weekend to Oklahoma."

JH: What are you thoughts on visiting Oklahoma?

CC: "I have been looking forward to that visit for a long time. I am looking forward to seeing their football program and seeing how they operate. I am also looking forward to the tour around campus and to see the academic side of OU as well."

JH: Are you looking forward to watching a game at OU?

CC: "I am looking forward to being involved with the game atmosphere at OU."

JH: What other schools are you considering?

CC: "I am also looking at Clemson, NC State, Virginia Tech and Tennessee. I don't have a favorite, but after these visits I should have an idea where I want to go. I am visiting Virginia Tech on November 27."
