RECRUITING: Grangers knows four visits

Dallas, Texas defensive tackle DeMarcus Granger update.

DeMarcus Granger, DT, 6-3, 325, 5.2, DALLAS (KIMBALL HS), TEXAS:

JH: How is your season going?

DG: "Our season is going real well. We are 8-3 and in the playoffs. We play our first playoff game on Friday against Ennis, Texas."

JH: How are you doing individually?

DG: "I have 79 tackles and 11 sacks. I also have 12 forced fumbles and I have four fumbles recovered."

JH: Are you going both ways?

DG: "I am playing defensive tackle and offensive guard. I am doing pretty well at offensive guard with a bunch of pancakes. I think I have 110 on year."

JH: It seems that you have been to a lot of games recently?

DG: "I have seen Oklahoma State and Texas, Texas A&M, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas and TCU and Northwestern. I just go watch them to see how they play defense."

JH: Have you set any official visits?

DG: "No, sir. I am going to start taking my visits after the season."

JH: Who are you going to visit?

DG: "I don't know at this time."

JH: What schools do you have a major interest in?

DG: "Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, LSU, Texas and Arkansas. I will probably visit Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, LSU and Texas for sure."

JH: Do you have a leader?

DG: No, sir. I don't."

JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma?

DG: "My feelings on Oklahoma are the same as they have always been. They are one of my top schools and I am considering them a great deal."

JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma State?

DG: "I like Oklahoma State and feel they have a program that is getting better all the time. They will be one of the schools I consider as well."
